	What is Carting? Carting is a very effective for your dog to stay in shape and healthy, while helping its owner with various tasks. The sport/activity is set up so that the dog is attached to a cart that is filled with various items or sometimes people. Your dog is attached to the cart by means of a carting harness and lead line that is usually attached to a bungee to smooth out the ride and absorb the shock that occurs when your dog takes off and speeds up. This sport/activity is much like Bikejoring, except that there is not a bike involved but a cart. Carting is also comparable to Skijoring, except that of course there is no snow or skis involved.
