	You MUST E-mail us before you return any products. You Must E-mail us at customerservice@TheBigDogsWorld.com. If we do not receive an email prior to any returns, we will not accept the return. Guarantee and Return Policy: The Big Dogs World is proud of our handcrafted products, made from the finest top grain leathers and other quality materials. We guarantee our products to be free of any defects in materials or workmanship. Please be reasonable and understand that any product that is misused cannot be guaranteed and could result in harm to your pet. Please carefully select the correct size and product style. Frequently inspect and replace any equipment that has signs of wear or chewing. Manufacturer Defects: If you believe that you have received a defective product, please make us aware of your concern via email. If in fact we deem that the product is defective, we will then immediately replace it or credit your account. Exchanges/Returns: We will only accept exchanges or returns within 15 days of original shipping date. Our Mistake- If The Big Dogs World failed to send you the correct size and/or color, please make us aware via email and send your order back for an exchange. The Big Dogs World will refund you the charges for the return shipping upon receipt. Customer Mistake- If you have made an error in regards to size and/or color and would like an exchange, please read the following return steps: 1. Please email us your specific situation. 2. The product must be sent back factory fresh and carefully packed and prepaid to the address we specify in our response email with a packing list detailing the contents and reason for return. 3. We will replace the order with the correct size and/or color once the items are inspected and returned to stock. 4. Customer is responsible for a 20% restocking fee, return shipping and shipping fee's of the new order. We apologize for any inconveniences, but we will not exchange or refund purchases for mistakes made by the customer in regards to product expectations.
