Free Shipping
TheBigDogsWorld.com offers FREE SHIPPING on every total order of $50 or more inside the continental United States. We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $15.00 for shipping orders to Canada. There are absolutely no hidden fees during checkout. We use only the most reputable shipping services (USPS, UPS, FedEx) and partner with Freight Delivery companies for over sized items. Please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
Individual Product Shipping Times: Most of our products will arrive to you within 5-7 business days, although a few of our products will take between 12-15 business days. Please check each products shipping information listed on the individual product page.
Shipping Time Frames: If your order contains products that have different estimated shipping times, we will ship your products separately according to each individual products estimated shipping times.
Over Night Shipping: If you would like to have your products sent to you over night, please send us an email before making your purchase. We will then be able to inform you if over night delivery is possible.
Shipping to Canada: Please add another 5 business days on top of our products individual ship time if your shipping address is located in Canada. Thanks!
Backorders- At times our manufacturers will have a product that is on backorder. If any of the products you purchase from our store are on backorder, we will notify you as soon as we know. If a situation occurs in which some items you have ordered are on backorder and some items are not, we will ship your in-stock items within their respective shipping time frames, followed by the items that were on backorder.
